Getting Lost is a 2023 German short drama film directed by Iliès Terki and co-written with Fernando Silvestrin.[1] The film stars Timmi Kwaku Davis and Jennifer Tamara Akovi Lotsi as a couple navigating emotional tension during a weekend trip to a remote harbor town. It was produced by Idle Films UG and is part of the Idle Films Anthology.
Plot
[edit]Jenny and Timmi set out to find a lighthouse that once held meaning in their relationship. As they get lost, tension builds, and an argument drives them apart. Jenny wanders into the forest. After hearing a gunshot, Timmi finds her hiding in a hunter’s tower. There, they share a moment of quiet reconciliation. Timmi attaches a torch to the ceiling of the shelter—the beam cuts through the night like a lighthouse.
