Draft:Dan Noma Jr.
Submission declined on 24 July 2025 by Cabrils (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Comment: Well done on creating the draft, and it may potentially meet the relevant requirements (including WP:GNG, WP:ANYBIO) but presently it is not clear that it does. As you may know, Wikipedia's basic requirement for entry is that the subject is notable. Essentially subjects are presumed notable if they have received significant coverage in multiple published secondary sources that are reliable, intellectually independent of each other, and independent of the subject. To properly create such a draft page, please see the articles ‘Your First Article’, ‘Referencing for Beginners’ and ‘Easier Referencing for Beginners’. In short, "notability" requires reliable sources about the subject, rather than by the subject. Please note that many of the references would appear to be from sources that are NOT considered reliable for establishing notability and should be removed (including blogs, company websites, press releases, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Spotify etc). Please note that many of the references are not formatted correctly. Especially note where references are used more than once, they should be consolidated ("resue"). See Introduction to referencing with VisualEditor and Wikipedia’s Manual of Style for help.Additionally, the draft tends to read too much like a promotional CV, which Wikipedia is not; and contains prose that is not of a standard appropriate for an encyclopaedia (also see WP:PEACOCK). The draft does not appear to show that the subject has any notability beyond the average coverage in trade publications for similar corporations (see WP:ROTM). Also, if you have any connection to the subject, including being the subject (see WP:AUTOBIO) or being paid, you have a conflict of interest that you must declare on your Talk page (to see instructions on how to do this please click the link). Please familiarise yourself with these pages before amending the draft. If you feel you can meet these requirements, then please make the necessary amendments before resubmitting the page. It would help our volunteer reviewers by identifying, on the draft's talk page, the WP:THREE best sources that establish notability of the subject. It would also be helpful if you could please identify with specificity, exactly which criteria you believe the page meets (eg "I think the page now meets WP:ANYBIO criteria #3, because XXXXX"). Once you have implemented these suggestions, you may also wish to leave a note for me on my talk page and I would be happy to reassess. Cabrils (talk) 00:50, 24 July 2025 (UTC)
Dan Noma Jr.
[edit]Dan Noma Jr. (born October 4, 1981, Utica, New York) is an American real estate entrepreneur, designated broker, and former collegiate golfer. He is the CEO and founder of Easy Street Offers, a Cash Offer Marketplace that helps investors grow their SFR portfolio and agents close deals at record speed based in Scottsdale, Arizona. He is the founder and former designated broker of Venture REI—a real estate brokerage and investment firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona—that specializes in investor-focused acquisitions, renovations, rentals, and sales. Noma is also the creator of iReal Estate Pro, a certification program designed to educate realtors on working with institutional investors and navigating the evolving iBuyer landscape.
Early Life and Education
[edit]Born into a real estate legacy—his father was a builder and developer—Noma was immersed in the industry from an early age.[1]. He graduated from Hamilton High School in Chandler, Arizona, earning four letters in golf, achieving three-time Player of the Year honors, and joining the National Honor Society[2]. Noma accepted a golf scholarship to the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, competing at the Division I level during the 2000–01 season[3]. He later transferred to Arizona State University, where he earned bachelor’s degrees in business and political science[4].
Business Career
[edit]Founding Venture REI & Brokerage Expertise
[edit]Building on his early investments at age 18 and a six-year tenure at Arizona Best Real Estate, Noma founded Venture REI[5]. As designated broker, he specializes in serving institutional investors, including private equity firms, hedge funds, and publicly traded companies acquiring single-family rentals off-market[6].
The firm has achieved:
- Over 50,000 rental properties acquired and 3,000 flips completed over 16+ years[7]
- 4,600+ investment transactions across Arizona and Nevada in 2023 alone[8]
- Expansion from 11 core markets into 40 U.S. states[9]
- A strategic partnership with Fidelity National Financial to launch Easy Street Offers, a tech-enabled acquisition platform in Q4 2023[10]
Venture REI offers a full-service process: underwriting, market modeling, acquisition, due diligence, transaction management, renovation oversight, leasing, property management, and disposition[11].
Entrepreneurial Thought Leadership
[edit]Noma emerged as a recognized thought leader through multiple podcast appearances. On the Sisu HQ “Grit” podcast, he urged realtors to adopt data-driven strategies and anticipate market shifts, emphasizing consumer urgency during COVID-era uncertainty[12]. He also appeared on Kevin Kauffman’s “Next Level Agents”, where he shared how he developed iReal Estate Pro and leveraged iBuyer relationships to add value[13].
He advocates that agents should embrace, not fear, iBuyer models:
“Why Dan saw iBuyers as an opportunity and not a threat…”[13]
Easy Street Offers
[edit]In 2023, Dan Noma Jr. co-founded and launched Easy Street Offers (ESO), a technology-enabled real estate platform designed to streamline off-market acquisitions for both institutional buyers and investor-focused agents. Created in partnership with Fidelity National Financial, the platform offers real-time property valuation, underwriting, and transaction management tools for residential investment properties[14].
Easy Street Offers was developed in response to shifts in the post-2022 housing market, where cash investors increasingly sought simplified and efficient access to deals. Noma identified a market opportunity to support agents by providing a centralized interface where they could submit listings for cash offers, while also representing buyers looking to acquire undervalued or off-market inventory at scale[15]. This dual-sided functionality—agent submissions and buyer representation—became the foundation for ESO’s agent program, now known as Agent Pro[16].
The platform integrates features such as automated underwriting, investor matching, and performance tracking, which Noma has described as creating a “flywheel of deal flow” for agents.[16] It initially launched in Arizona and Nevada, with plans to expand into more than 40 states by late 2025, as part of a national institutional deployment strategy.[14]
By 2024, ESO had been adopted by thousands of agents and investment groups across multiple markets. The system became a key element of Noma’s broader mission to modernize the logistics of single-family rental (SFR) investing, offering a consistent pipeline for capital-backed buyers to transact with higher velocity.[16]
Noma regularly shares updates and behind-the-scenes insights about Easy Street Offers through his podcast Behind the Doors and via webinars for real estate professionals nationwide.[17]
iReal Estate Pro Certification
[edit]In 2019, Noma launched iReal Estate Pro (iRep)—the first systematic certification program tailored to educating agents on working with institutional and iBuyer models[18]. As of late 2024, over 3,000 agents across 35 markets have been certified[19]. The program trains agents on leveraging technology, underwriting, and client-consumer psychology to compete effectively in modern transaction spaces.
Property Management Innovation
[edit]Founded in 2017, under Venture REI’s umbrella, the property management division oversees approximately 600 properties in Maricopa County[20]. Built to serve investor-clients end-to-end, this operation provides stable revenue, data-driven portfolio optimization, and service scalability.
Community Involvement and Recognition
[edit]Noma is active in non-profits and community organizations, including the Boys & Girls Club, ASU Alumni Association, Sun Devil Athletic Club, and St. Vincent de Paul[21]. He has earned accolades:
- Ranked among the Top 5 residential agents in Arizona by the Phoenix Business Journal [22]
- Named a 40 Under 40 by the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors (2013, 2014)[23]
Poker Face: Mindset + Strategy
[edit]What sets Noma apart is his dedication to both personal and market mindset. On podcasts, he described working with a mindset coach and studying consumer psychology to develop tailored messaging and build trust in uncertain markets[24]. He advises agents to remove friction from transactions through clarity, safety, and transparency.
This featured episode highlights how Noma leveraged the rise of platforms like Zillow in Phoenix to create new business frameworks and opportunities.
Personal Life
[edit]Residing in Scottsdale, Arizona, Noma is a father to triplets born circa 2016–17[25][26]. When not managing his business, he pursues golf—playing tournaments and club events—spends time in his northern Arizona cabin, and travels[27][28]
