Alperen Kilicoglu (Turkish: Alperen Kılıçoğlu) (born November 9, 2000) is a Turkish professional basketball coach, currently assistant coach Lenkaran BC of the Azerbaijan Basketball League (ABL).
During his playing career which began in 2008, he played for the Banvit and İstanbul Üniversitesi basketball clubs in the amateur area.
Coaching career
[edit]Kılıçoğlu started his coaching career as an assistant coach at the Atabey Basketball Youth Team. He then became the assistant coach of the CO Academy Youth Team. He had his first head coaching experience at Bizimkent Basketball Youth Team.
He is currently serving as an A Team Assistant Coach at Lenkaran BC in the Azerbaijan Basketball League during the 2024-25 season.
Personal life
[edit]Kılıçoğlu studied at Birey College in Istanbul. He graduated at Istanbul Gelisim University The Departmant of Exercise and Sports Science, majoring in Basketball.
