On 26 December 2024 (Late night 25 December 2024), at 1:50am The first report about the fire breaking out in the secretariat's
Building No 7 came at 1:52am.[1][2][3] As the fire's intensity grew, at least 19 units were dispatched there.[4] The firefighters brought the flames under control at around 8:05am morning after 6 hours.[5][6]
The government has formed a seven-member committee and given it seven days to submit the findings after investigation.[7]
