Bonab Rural District (Persian: دهستان بناب) is in the Central District of Zanjan County, Zanjan province, Iran.[4] Its capital is the village of Binab.[2]

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 11,782 in 2,846 households.[5] There were 13,665 inhabitants in 3,847 households at the following census of 2011.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 14,146 in 4,299 households. The most populous of its 45 villages was Dizajabad, with 4,157 people.[3]
