The 2025 Texas Longhorns softball team represents the University of Texas at Austin during the 2025 NCAA Division I softball season. The Longhorns play their home games at Red and Charline McCombs Field as a first-year member of the Southeastern Conference.[3] They are led by head coach Mike White in his 7th season at Texas.

Previous season

Texas finished the 2024 season 55–10, 23–4 in Big 12 Conference play.[4] In the postseason, Texas made the Women's College World Series and were defeated by Oklahoma in the championship game.[5]
