Young Park (Las Cruces, New Mexico)
Young Park is a park and music venue in Las Cruces, New Mexico. It is located at 1905 E. Nevada Avenue.[1]
On March 21, 2025, a mass shooting occurred at a car show held at the park, in which three teenagers were killed and 15 others were wounded. Police reported that the shooting was a result of a dispute between two groups which escalated into an exchange of gunfire.[2] Two days later, a 20-year-old man and three teenagers, ages 15 to 17, were arrested in connection with the shooting.[3]
