Resolved

This has happened again. The single-page edition was posted about 100 minutes ago, but the index wasn't updated as part of that process, so the talk page at Wikipedia talk:Wikipedia Signpost/Single/2025-06-24 reports "No articles found for the arguments specified". – Jonesey95 (talk) 04:07, 24 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]

This depends on me running Wegweiser, which is a set of Python programs on my computer. Ideally, this would be done from Toolforge (and people in the publishing list able to update it at will) but this is not quite materializable. jp×g 🗯️ 03:08, 21 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Bug report: previous issue detection is broken in the publishing script

This issue has existed since before 2024. The publishing script cannot correctly identify the previous issue with the column to correctly set and update the links ← Previous <columnname> and Next <columnname> →.

Here are examples of the fixes that were required for previous/next dates of the eleven Comix columns since 2024-01-10 till 2025-07-18:

Bizarre. Do you have any more information on which columns tend to get messed up this way? If it is just Comix, I suspect User:JPxG/SPS.js may only be checking for a predetermined list of "regular columns", rather than automatically searching for all of them. jp×g 🗯️ 03:10, 21 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Comix is the only column that I paid attention to, because it migrated from Humour to CommonsComix (Special:Diff/1168131145) and then to Comix (Special:Diff/1209843314). —⁠andrybak (talk) 09:00, 21 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Missing attribution on cover image

The attribution for the cover image of the Community View article is missing and just says "- CC BY 3.0" without attributing Agência Brasil (from the file page). This lack of attribution also makes it impossible to click to view the actual image, as normally you would click the photographer's name to view the image, but since it's missing, the link has no text, meaning you would have to press Tab and then Enter to access it. Help

Hello folks. We at WP:GAN are launching a newsletter and we need your help. We plan on running it bi-weekly. Asilvering and I have created a template of how the newsletter would look but we need your help. I know that we need to have a sign up list somewhere but I'm unsure how to do that with the Mass Message Bot. What pages should we also create besides the template?
