Feedback request on club draft

Hello, I'm a new editor on Wikipedia, and I've been working on a draft project for a club team. It's a heavy work in progress and needs to be overhauled completely to the past tense due to the club buying/merging with another club and forming a aggregate team. Anyways, I was wondering if this was the right place to ask for help and feedback on the draft, and how I could possibly move the draft to the Wikiproject for rowing? Here's the link to the draft.
