Proposed deletion of Twin Cities Academy

Tagged as Unreferenced and unimproved for over 15 years. Tagged for Notability concerns for over 7 years. Attractive nuisance for vandals. Zero evidence of notability.

In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
