Image for upcoming TFA

User:Pinkturkeys uploaded some pictures of Beverly White that cannot be found on the internet. She says that she is the granddaughter of White and I believe her. I do not fully know the copyright regarding these, but this image seems promising as it looks like a personal family portrait while the others are her at the state legislature. Could somebody help with this?

Sorry I didn't notice this, Jon698. Try to get them to go through the process here. Wehwalt (talk) 20:47, 5 March 2025 (UTC)

Dracula's 30th anniversary

@TFA coordinators ... Dracula was promoted earlier today. 2027 will mark the novel's 130th anniversary. My understanding of TFA is that articles can only run once per 5 years. Would there be any appetite to have Dracula appear at TFA this year and then again for the 130th anniversary? I'm keen to get it on there for the anniversary so wanted to solicit views. — ImaginesTigers (talkcontribs) 20:11, 5 March 2025 (UTC)

Short answer is no. Not twice in two years. - SchroCat (talk) 20:13, 5 March 2025 (UTC)
Quote box might have another 2 years in it, then! — ImaginesTigers (talkcontribs)
Perhaps try to get Bram Stoker to FA status? Black Kite (talk) 20:18, 5 March 2025 (UTC)
Biographies aren't very engaging to me sadly :( — ImaginesTigers (talkcontribs)
Agree with SchroCat. You can have it run now or you can have it run later but not twice in two years.--Wehwalt (talk) 20:44, 5 March 2025 (UTC)
As I said, the 130th anniversary is more significant so my preference is to wait. I am not sure how this works but I assume this thread will be enough? I don't need to remove it from a queue run by a bot or whatnot? Thank you — ImaginesTigers (talkcontribs) 21:01, 5 March 2025 (UTC)
@ImaginesTigers You can drop it at Wikipedia:Today's featured article/requests/pending, which should hold you a spot for whichever future date you'd like. Panini! 🥪 21:06, 5 March 2025 (UTC)
Thanks Panini – that's very helpful. — ImaginesTigers (talkcontribs) 21:12, 5 March 2025 (UTC)

June schedule

A tentative schedule for June can be found here. Nominations remain welcome, and we will juggle as usual. I will begin scheduling probably about April 30. Wehwalt (talk) 15:17, 26 April 2025 (UTC)

Withholding TFAs

Hey, everyone! If one of my FAs gets nominated as a TFA, may I request that it not be one just yet, or at the very least reschedule it for another time instead? Unlimitedlead (talk) 21:05, 26 April 2025 (UTC)

yes - if you have a date in mind for the following 12 months, you mention it on WP:TFARP, and if it later perhaps make a note on the article talk. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 06:42, 27 April 2025 (UTC)
If you have a date for whenever, not just the next twelve months: we have several requests for years in advance. 2034 is the final requested year at present. - SchroCat (talk) 06:50, 27 April 2025 (UTC)

July schedule

The July 2025 schedule can now be found here. Nominations are still welcome; changes can still be made if necessary; I'll start scheduling in a few days. Cheers - SchroCat (talk) 04:54, 31 May 2025 (UTC)

Dates research

The above articles have years attached to them, but not specific dates. Helping to pin down a date range, even a month, can help with when to schedule them. Not essential, but nice to have. Harizotoh9 (talk) 23:14, 11 June 2025 (UTC)
