Reliability of AVN profiles

On 23 October 2008, Epbr123 (who is no longer active) added AVN and stated, in part: "However, their porn star profiles are often copied from other sites and cannot be treated as reliable." (diff: [1]). The current wording remains very similar and states: "In addition, their performer profiles are often copied from other sites and cannot be treated as reliable."

I am curious if there is any actual evidence or sources to support this claim. I have conducted a text search on several profiles and have not discovered any evidence of the profiles being copied. Unless there is a reliable source confirming that the current AVN profiles are indeed being copied from non-WP:RS, I do not see why AVN profiles should be treated differently to other content from AVN. Imani Seduction - Needs references

Hi. I could not find any additional references for Draft:Imani Seduction except of the AVN website. Are her music tracks on websites or her Pornhub videos, considerable as a reference?

Portal:Erotica and pornography -- slideshow gone wrong

At Portal:Erotica and pornography, several of the pictures in the "Slideshow of selected contemporary images" don't match their captions. Example: A picture of Rocco Siffredi is labeled "Playmate of the Year and People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals spokesperson Pamela Anderson, signing DVDs at the USS Halsey". A picture of Cindy Margolis is labeled "Hugh Hefner with Karissa Shannon, Dasha Astafieva, and Kristina Shannon". A picture of Alison Waite is labeled "Hentai Manga, Japan".
