I'm well familiar with Wikipedia policies. And in my spare time I am always on duty to combat any vandalism or violation of Wikipedia policies. This right will serve me well. Thanks! Vellutis (talk) 18:48, 16 February 2025 (UTC)

Done @Vellutis: It would be helpful to me and other editors reviewing your edits in the future if you could provide an edit summary with every edit you make. It doesn't have to be long—even something as simple as "added content" or "added comment" works fine in most cases. Thanks, Mz7 (talk) 07:30, 16 March 2025 (UTC)

I understand pending change policies well, in addition to my knowledge of general Wikipedia editing policy/procedure. I would like to further contribute in this way. Thanks. Peace, Thorn6130✝ (talk, ask questions, dispute) 00:14, 18 February 2025 (UTC)

Requesting rights to intervene against vandalism. I've been patrolling recent changes & have reviewed a lot of changes. I was declined last time as my account was new. I'm familiar with all the policies of vandalism and pending changes. Regards, Xiphoid Vigour ༈Duel༈ 09:15, 22 February 2025 (UTC)

Hi! I edit Wikipedia quite frequently, particularly fighting against vandalism and I think that if I had this right, it would enable me to be a more helpful and better user. I would like to be able to confirm these requests as I think that it would just be another way for me to be helpful. ScrabbleTiles (talk) 10:40, 22 February 2025 (UTC)

I have been a active contributor to Wikipedia for quite a few months now, actively editing and creating articles related to Texas politicians. I'm also well aware about the Wikipedia policy on vandalism. I see a lot of requests on articles that I edit miscellaneously in my free time, however I don't have the permission. Not done. With only 76 edits, I'm afraid you are still relatively new here. Please consider requesting this permission again after you get more experience—maybe after you have made at least 200 edits demonstrating knowledge about Wikipedia's policies. Thanks, Mz7 (talk) 07:37, 16 March 2025 (UTC)

I'm requesting Pending Changes Reviewer status so I can help speed up and decrease the number of pending changes to articles. I know the rules about vandalism, verifiability, editing guidelines, and everything else. Danoniinho (talk) 20:55, 24 February 2025 (UTC)

Hello, I would like to request **Pending Changes Reviewer** rights. I have been an active editor since December 2020, with **1,094 total edits** (945 live). In the past year, I have made **345 edits**, primarily contributing to content creation, sourcing, and maintenance. I have created **154 articles** (121 currently live), ensuring compliance with Wikipedia's content guidelines. I am familiar with **WP:VANDALISM, WP:BLP, WP:NPOV,** and other core policies. I aim to help review pending changes on semi-protected pages to ensure accuracy and reliability. Thank you for your time and consideration! bɑʁɑqoxodaraP (talk) 10:42, 27 February 2025 (UTC)

- @Paradoxodarap Did you use ChatGPT to generate this request? If so why? Cactus🌵 spiky ouch 04:58, 9 March 2025 (UTC)
- Hi, @Cerium4B @Cactusisme Both of you are right on both counts, I had previously applied for a permission and was rejected, I thought perhaps I couldnt present myself better, so I took my account data and asked GPT to write this one. Yes, the request is GPT generated, Also YES, I have been at this for so long. So, thats why i used GPT. I can understand how this looks, but I had to try anyways :) bɑʁɑqoxodaraP (talk) 12:22, 9 March 2025 (UTC)
Not done. Using ChatGPT is definitely not the best look here. There is also an ongoing SPI involving you: Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/BluntIsBlunt. Mz7 (talk) 08:20, 16 March 2025 (UTC)

Hi. I'm Stranger43286. I has made 1000+ edits and reverted many vandalism. I also known Wikipedia's core policies (NPOV, WP:V and more). Pending changes reviewer rights might be helpful for me. RealStranger43286 (talk) 08:40, 1 March 2025 (UTC)
Comment: Your English has some errors. Are you sure that you should take this responsibility? — Cerium4B—Talk? • 14:09, 9 March 2025 (UTC)
- Yes, I'm sure that I should take this responsibility. My English may have some errors because English is not my first language. But I understand english. RealStranger43286 (talk) 03:26, 10 March 2025 (UTC)
Done. Pending changes reviewer is perhaps our most lightweight permission, and the usual advice to administrators is to grant the permission on a liberal basis. The presence of occasional typos in talk page comments isn't disqualifying. What matters more is having a track record of editing that demonstrates knowledge of Wikipedia's policies, and this user has demonstrated that through adding sourced content and writing talk page comments that refer to Wikipedia policies. Reason for requesting pending changes reviewer rights: I've been an active contributor to Wikipedia, focusing on improving article quality, maintaining neutrality, and adding reliable citations. I'm well versed in core policies (NPOV, Verifiability, NOR) and understand the importance of pending changes. As someone who values data integrity in open-access knowledge, I prioritize accuracy and well-sourced content. One of my objectives is to help keep Wikipedia factual and trustworthy. I'm patrolling PendingChanges and RecentChanges on a regular basis. I'd like to request pending changes review rights because I am familiar with the policies including (Verifiability, NPOV, BLP, OR, and also VAND - NOTVAND) and this right would help me to combat vandalism. I'm willing to help reduce the pending changes backlog. Ʀasteem Talk 04:44, 3 March 2025 (UTC)

I request permission to the user right, “Pending Changes Reviewer” for the intent that all articles head onto a smooth path to featured article. I will take this as an opportunity to nurture my Wiki-Knowledge and become an even more experienced editor. I hope that with this permission, I will be able to encourage and support new comers in their edits. I also have read and have familiarized myself with many of Wikipedia’s policy’s along with dedicating a large part of my time fighting vandalism twisted. I'm increasingly involved in reviews for article maintenance and improvement purposes, and I believe this procedure would be a logical extension of that activity. Two things that appeal to me are the ability to protect articles from bad edits at an early stage, and from that the greater opportunities to combat disruption and vandalism. Happy to answer any questions. Thank you. Spartathenian (talk) 22:15, 16 March 2025 (UTC)
