This page is meant to serve as the central planning page for future events to be held by the local community of Wikipedia editors in Adelaide.
It is anticipated that these events may be held on a regular basis and may include social events, talks by guest speakers, and edit-a-thons.
We encourage participation by people who are new to editing Wikipedia, and meetings may be held at a computer suite at UniSA's City West campus where experienced editors can offer guidance, or other venues.

[edit]- Date: Saturday 12 April 2025
- Time: 11am–3pm
- Location: Royal Society Rooms, South Australian Museum, North Terrace, Adelaide.
- Agenda: A workshop hosted by Wikimedia Australia and the SA Museum with guest presenter Dr Mike Dickison, prolific Wikipedian and Wikimedian at large for Aotearoa New Zealand, for a practical day of discovery and collaboration, and working through the full process of:
- Organising and uploading images to Wikimedia Commons
- Structuring and enhancing entries in Wikidata
- Using these assets to improve and illustrate Wikipedia articles
