• Organizing parts of a article so it doesn't look like a messy article (also with the table of contents)

• Updating bot pages (e.g. the bot's discussion page)

• Imprvoing stubs when they become to the low, mid, or high priority

• Improving articles that contain a series of albums (e.g. Now That's What I Call Music)

You'll have to be more specific. What article is it intended to be "organizing"? What exactly does "organizing" entail? What bot pages will be updated? In what manner? Anomie⚔ 22:49, 20 March 2012 (UTC)

This still does not explain the specific details and leaves a very vague interpretation of what it is you want to do actually. Given your contributions, task list above and edit count, I am going to say you should gain more experience on Wikipedia prior to applying again later with a clear description of what you want your bot to do (and what bots can actually do and are allowed to do in principle). See WP:BOTAPPROVAL.
