The Brasil Tennis Cup was a professional women's tennis tournament contested in Florianópolis, Brazil. It was played on outdoor Hard courts and classified as a part of WTA International tournaments.[1][2][3]
Teliana Pereira was the first and olny Brazilian to ever win a title at this tournament.
Two-time winners in the doubles draw, Spain's Anabel Medina Garrigues and Kazakh Yaroslava Shvedova are the most successful players in the history of this tournament and the only ones to have managed to defend a title.
