Managing a conflict of interest

[edit]

Information icon Hello, Thecoalition911. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for article subjects for more information. We ask that you:

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicizing, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. MetalBreaksAndBends (talk) 18:17, 4 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Your purpose here

[edit]

If the only reason you are here is to promote your micronation, you're in the wrong place. Wikipedia is not a means of promotion, nor are we a directory of everything. If your micronation can pass WP:GNG, then there might be something to go on. But, given that you founded it less than a year ago, it's extremely unlikely there will be reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject to support notability of it. Until you understand these things, I recommend you stop attempting to write anything about your micronation. If you have questions, let me know. Thanks, --Hammersoft (talk) 01:27, 5 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
