The account in question has been blocked and their posts redacted. What do you hope to gain from posting at ANI? If they are harassing you off-wiki, you should email ARBCOM rather than posting about it publicly. I suggest you heed the advice given above, Cyberwolf. The accounts have been dealt with already; posting at ANI would probably result in nothing more than an acknowledgement of that fact. The best thing you can do is not engage with the individual and continue to report anything that gets through to you, at which point it will be dealt with. I've had weird stuff written about me too, had my talk page locked for harassment at one point, and have needed to report my own impersonator accounts.
