Hello, Vegantics. Thank you for taking the time to look at the page I created. I wanted to confirm that I do not have a personal or business relationship with Kevin Goetz. I am interested in audience research and audience test screenings. I read the book Audienceology, and listen to Kevin Goetz's podcast, Don't Kill the Messenger, and the whole process of screen testing and what Kevin Goetz does fascinates me. That is why I created the page, and sourced it with secondary sources. Thanks again. Oldmanriot (talk) 20:36, 30 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
You started adding content about Goetz and his company in September of 2022, but Audienceology didn't come out until November of 2022.[1] Care to explain how you became interested in him as a subject and why your only edits have been about Goetz? Vegantics (talk) 22:03, 30 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Sure. I think you may be referencing the paperback release date, because the book was released in 2021 [2]. I recall reading Audienceology in early 2022, and started listening to the podcast later that same year. I really enjoyed the book and the podcast and what Kevin had to say, so I tried to make my first edits about him. I don't think I had enough secondary sources, so I recently tried again, following Wiki guidelines. Oldmanriot (talk) 22:15, 30 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
That certainly makes sense, thank you for answering my questions. Vegantics (talk) 23:52, 30 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
