Information icon Hello, I'm Adolphus79. An edit that you recently made to Talk:Donald Trump seemed to be a test and has been reverted. If you want to practice editing, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! - Adolphus79 (talk) 02:46, 14 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Talk:Michael Jackson, but we are trying to write an encyclopedia here, so please keep your edits factual and neutral. Our readers are looking for serious articles and will not find joke edits amusing. Remember that Wikipedia is a widely used reference tool, so we have to take what we do here seriously. If you'd like to experiment with editing, use your sandbox instead. Thank you. GSK (talkedits) 03:49, 19 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to Blackface, you may be blocked from editing. -REDACTED403 (talk) 01:28, 20 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you remove or change other editors' legitimate talk page comments, as you did at Talk:Elon Musk. Your subtle vandalism may have gone unnoticed by other editors, but not by me. Please edit productively. GSK (talkedits) 14:16, 28 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Otto von Baeyer moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Otto von Baeyer, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Otto Groth moved to draftspace

[edit]

Thanks for your contributions to Otto Groth. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it has no sources. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit for review" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. CycloneYoris talk! 21:43, 28 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Fritz Gablonsky moved to draftspace

[edit]

Thanks for your contributions to Fritz Gablonsky.

Undraftifying unsourced articles

[edit]

Please do not undraftify an article that has 0 sources. It was moved from mainspace because it isn't suitable there. Repeatedly publishing unsourced articles is disruptive and inappropriate, and will likely get you blocked. Please stop. CycloneYoris talk! 23:44, 28 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Mr Burns

[edit]

Hi. I noticed you changed Mr. Burns age. It was great that you used an edit summary, but it didn't explain why you thought 139 was better than the range that was there before. Why do you think it is an improvement?-- Jahalive (talk) 17:32, 19 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

An Link Said that Mr Burns Age Was 139 since he was born in 1886. Neoogai (talk) 17:45, 19 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
There were links that said something else, that you removed. When you make a change like that, you should include your link in an inline citation. You can read how to do that here: Help:Referencing for beginners.-- Jahalive (talk) 18:52, 19 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
If you do the math 2025-1886=139 Neoogai (talk) 18:55, 19 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
https://screenrant.com/simpsons-show-mr-burns-age-old-changes-explained/#:~:text=Real%20Age%20Explained-,Mr.,%2C%20except%20it%20isn't. Neoogai (talk) 18:55, 19 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
That article says a bunch of different things about his age in different episodes. You can add that citation if you want but I think the age should go back to the way it was.-- Jahalive (talk) 19:05, 19 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

April 2025

[edit]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Michael Bates (Sealand), without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and to see how to add references to an article. Thank you. DrKay (talk) 21:51, 8 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Wait, https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Bates_(Sealand) saiys he was born on that date, and born in that city. Neoogai (talk) 21:57, 8 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
That's obviously not a reliable source, which you would know if you'd bothered to look at the link I provided. DrKay (talk) 06:51, 9 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. At least one of your edits on the page Henry Ford, while it may have been in good faith, was difficult to distinguish from vandalism. To help other editors understand the reason for the changes, you can use an edit summary for your contributions. You can also take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. I appreciate your editing efforts, however the article already goes into great detail on his antisemitic beliefs and practices and is well sourced as well. A tag has been placed on Archie Mountbatten-Winsdor (disambiguation) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G14 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is:

  • a disambiguation page with a title ending in "(disambiguation)" which lists only one extant Wikipedia page (i.e., there is a primary topic);
  • a disambiguation page that lists zero extant Wikipedia pages, regardless of its title; or
  • a redirect with a title ending in "(disambiguation)" whose target is neither a disambiguation page nor page that has a disambiguation-like function.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time. Please see the disambiguation page guidelines for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and removing the speedy deletion tag. Escape Orbit (Talk) 14:19, 11 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not use styles that are nonstandard, unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in Melania Trump. There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Please read MOS:GEOLINK and MOS:OVERLINK before making further edits. Thanks. Notice

The article Luis León has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

This article has no reliable citation and it still needs to be improved

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
