A tag has been placed on Daffodil International Professional Training Institute, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. firefly ( t · c ) 21:09, 7 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Daffodil International Professional Training Institute requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company, corporation or organization that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of Panamanian films, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Caso. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Not minor edits

[edit]

Information icon Hi NahidKadir! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Daffodil Polytechnic Institute that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. --Worldbruce (talk) 06:21, 28 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for informing me about the meaning of minor edits. Actually, I wasn't not much familiar with it. I will go through the help link to know more. NK7411 (talk) 10:17, 4 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Md. Sabur Khan

[edit]

Hello NahidKadir,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Md. Sabur Khan for deletion, because it's a redirect from an article title to a namespace that's not for articles.

If you don't want Md. Sabur Khan to be deleted, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

Hello MPGuy2824,
Thank you for notifying me about the speedy deletion nomination for Md. Sabur Khan. I originally translated [1] the page from Bengali to English and published it as a community draft. After making improvements, I think I have now moved it to the main namespace.
If there are specific concerns regarding the page, I’d be happy to address them. Please let me know if there's any way to ensure it meets Wikipedia's guidelines. Thnaks again. NK7411 (talk) 07:32, 26 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
The only issue that I found was that while you were moving it out of mainspace, you left a redirect. My speedy-deletion tag notified an admin of the issue and they deleted the redirect. The page has been moved to draftspace: Draft:Md. Sabur Khan, so you can continue working on it there until you feel that it meets WP:GNG. Happy editing! -MPGuy2824 (talk) 07:47, 26 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for the clarification and for handling the redirect issue. I’ll continue working on the page in the draft space and ensure it meets WP:GNG. Appreciate your help! NK7411 (talk) 08:06, 26 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
