AfD for non-notable topics

Hello, Don't mind but can you nominate articles for AfD and can you help me learn? Can you help delete Draft:Faiaz Habib Hossen and Draft:Mawa Cantonment Because the first topic is not notable, I have no idea why I created that page, I found a news article while searching some random names but I figured out that the report was blacklisted by Wikipedia, so basically I created the page due to a mistake related to a news report and I think Mawa Cantonment was possibly another name for Padma Cantonment.
