You didn't provide a source for your changes to the Justin Kluivert article, and I couldn't find one either. If you have a reliable source please let me know and we can change the article. - The article meets all the above criteria that you mentioned.
- there are few people in the world who FIRST started a blog on the social issues of a country (the most populous African country). His website blog is cited in several books and websites including Wikipedia. I reached out to him for more information and he advised that I drop the idea of continuing further.
- with AI, Wikipedia is likely to be less relevant and most AI platforms have more information about him
- I did a search for his name on Wikipedia don’t brought out many articles from his website
- I think it is a waste of anyone’s time to pursue this matter further
