Update ABC news 2024 logo

Hello, itspugle. You need to crop the image of File:ABC News (Australia) logo.svg that you previously uploaded, because if you see the source that already updated (https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/logopedia/images/a/ad/ABC_News_2024_%28colour%29.svg/revision/latest?cb=20240819220618).
