I apologize but I've been making all adjustments as I could, if the topic wasn't good enough for inclusion it should have been stated in the initial stages, I finally got it to format and meet a tone and you then flag it once more. I can see that you have been changing the tone after each resubmission, but it is unfortunately not enough. That, at its current stage, needs a full rewrite to match Wikipedia:Neutral point of view. Also, the sources are not enough per Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies).
