Hello, @Ebonywebbe and welcome to Wikipedia. To create an article, follow the steps outlined in Help:Your first article. I'd personally recommend using your sandbox which can be found by clicking the user icon in the top right corner. From there you can ask other experienced editors for more specific feedback regarding the article you are trying to create.

Hi there, I have a question. I'm editing the Filipina poet Conchitina Cruz's page in order to give her a typical infobox, but no image of her exists on the wiki to insert into it, and I'm.. not really sure where or who to go to for help with that. In this case you could contact Cruz themselves, requesting a photo (and explaining the context) and then reach out to Commons:Volunteer Response Team.
