Please help me with... Draft: Lithuanian Days

I submitted an article and it was reviewed. One of the notes was that it should refer to a "range of independent, reliable, published sources". I referenced news articles from newspapers, magazines and television news. I don't understand why they were unacceptable. I have since removed the "peacock terms" as suggested. The reason for the decline was the tone, not the lack of references; that statement is merely supplemental to the main issue. You will need to tone down the rhetoric if the draft is to be found acceptable. For example, Many distinguished guests have attended ... and This was the vision of two priests.... If you want more help, change the {{help me-helped}} back into a {{help me}}, stop by the Teahouse, or Wikipedia's live help channel, or the help desk to ask someone for assistance.
