It's hard to tell if this is about an automobile, because most of the content seems to be trying to promote Robert Elroy. Wikipedia should not be used for any of the references. Currently it accounts for 8 of the 13 references. Please keep the material focused on the solar thermal automobile, as well as ensure the references are reliable and independent to establish the notability of the topic, per Wikipedia's general notability guidelines.
