Following a community discussion in June 2011, consensus was reached to provisionally suspend the administrative permissions of users who have been inactive for one year (i.e. administrators who have not made any edits or logged actions in over one year). As a result of this discussion, your administrative permissions will be removed pending your return if you do not return to activity within the next month. If you wish to have these permissions reinstated should this occur, please post to the Wikipedia:Bureaucrats' noticeboard and the userright will be restored per the re-sysopping process (i.e., as long as the attending bureaucrats are reasonably satisfied that your account has not been compromised and that your inactivity did not have the effect of evading scrutiny of any actions which might have led to sanctions). This removal of access is procedural only, and not intended to reflect negatively upon you in any way. We wish you the best in future endeavors, and thank you for your past administrative efforts.

Non-free rationale for File:Nightwish bestwishes.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Nightwish bestwishes.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Redundancy is bad

Amberrock, in English news writing style, redundant wording is clearly and consistently to be avoided. See for example the AP Stylebook, which has in its 35th edition over two dozen individual instructions to avoid redundancy. While I haven't seen it explicitly defined as a technical term, "awkward" is one of the most common descriptions of this kind of factually correct but nonetheless erroneous wording. Garner's Modern American Usage, a leading style guide for modern American English more broadly, explains this in more detail in the section that I cited.

As you persist in objecting to the simple term "awkward," I will be adding an explanation to Séléka CPSK-CPJP-UFDR that will unfortunately be much more verbose. Or can you suggest a better, similarly concise term? Before you dismiss this point as pedantry, please consider how silly it would be if the BBC referred to a Dutch group as the "Verbond Coalition."
