Citation spamming is a form of search engine optimization or promotion that typically involves the repeated insertion of a particular citation or reference in multiple articles by a single contributor. I am not the author of the text, nor do I have any connection with the National Interest. I did not use the source I wrote in the TB2 title on any other page. Therefore, there is no citation spamming. More than one source can be used on Wikipedia for a sentence or text. No one needs to request or specify the source.
