Redirects (fourth rail)
[edit]Read MOS:NOPIPE and you'll see that the use of the Fourth rail link was entirely correct. Hope that helps. 10mmsocket (talk) 17:45, 8 December 2024 (UTC)

Your draft article, Draft:Operation Paul
[edit]
Hello, 84.217.39.2. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or draft page you started, "Operation Paul".
In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material, the draft has been deleted. When you plan on working on it further and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.
Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Liz Read! Talk! 20:02, 1 April 2025 (UTC)
- Thanks for your message User:Liz but please be aware you are engaging in doublespeak when you claim I started or edited Draft:Operation Paul. I did not and have not. I started an article page (Operation Paul) intended for general viewing. Some editor took it upon himself to remove it from display by "draftifying" it, which basically means deleting it without having to admit to deleting it. This action basically removes any chance other editors will improve upon my start, and I certainly won't waste my efforts trying to meet some arbitrary bar for inclusion that apparently is higher than if there was an existing page I could have added my info to. I would much rather edit articles that are actually seen, where my contributions aren't sent to shadow hell. And what's with the "not for the indefinite hosting of material" BS? Hadn't the editor deleted my contribution, it would definitely have stayed there indefinitely (until further improved), so Wikipedia is definitely intended for the "indefinite" hosting of material!? Anyway, please stop claiming I have anything to do with this draft; and more importantly: please have Wikipedia stop trying to sell this as an improvement for my benefit. Most obnoxious. 84.217.39.2 (talk) 07:58, 4 April 2025 (UTC)
