Welcome!
[edit]Hello! I noticed your contributions to Patrick Morrisey and wanted to welcome you to the Wikipedia community. I hope you like it here and decide to stay. You are welcome to edit anonymously; however, creating an account is free and has several benefits (for example, the ability to create pages, upload media and edit without one's IP address being visible to the public).
As you get started, you may find this short tutorial helpful:

Pronunciations
[edit]Would you please stop removing pronunciations from article leads? It may be obvious to you how to pronounce a name like Siouxsie Sioux or Michael Chiklis, but it may not be so for other readers, especially those whose first language is not English. (And as a native English speaker, the only reason I know how to pronounce Siouxsie is because I've heard the name before; without that knowledge I might assume /siˈoʊksi/ or something like that.) Having the pronunciation in the article does no harm and may be helpful for some readers. Thank you. CodeTalker (talk) 19:11, 29 December 2024 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you blank out or remove content from Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to Columba. Materialscientist (talk) 02:24, 30 December 2024 (UTC)

[edit] Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove useful links from an article, as you did in the article David Eigenberg. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. SuperMarioMan (Talk) 00:54, 30 December 2024 (UTC)
Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences. Thanks! SuperMarioMan (Talk) 00:55, 30 December 2024 (UTC)
Please stop. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates, or other materials from Wikipedia without adequate explanation, as you did at Fecal coliform, you may be blocked from editing. CodeTalker (talk) 02:03, 30 December 2024 (UTC)
![]() | This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
