Rocky was born in Charlotte, North Carolina’s most populous city, and has lived there his entire life. He has a strong interest in history, particularly World War II, which inspired his username. As a Wikipedia editor, Rocky focuses on improving and expanding articles related to military history, technology, geography, and other topics of interest.

Beyond Wikipedia, Rocky enjoys playing chess, coding in Python, and watching movies—especially Quentin Tarantino films, and playing video games like Red Dead Redemption 2.
