Nto Udo Enwan is a prominent village located in the Ito III zone of the Ito Clan, within the Ika Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. It is recognized as one of the most historically rooted and culturally significant communities in the region.

Ikot Eseden to the west, Nto Mbadum to the east., Ikot Udom to the south, Nto Urua to the north

Infrastructure and Accessibility:

Nto Udo Enwan boasts a thoughtfully planned layout, with two major roads intersecting at a central roundabout called Abot-ujo that serves as a vital hub for traders and commuters.

One road connects Etim Ekpo (via Usung Ikot Udom) to Ukwa East (via Usung Nto Mbadum)

The second road links Urua Inyang (via Usung Efagk Ukum) to Ikot Ese (via Usung Urua Mkpohoeto)

The village also hosts part of Urua Mkpohoeto, one of the largest and most active markets in both Ika LGA and Akwa Ibom State.

Occupation:

The people of Nto Udo Enwan are primarily engaged in trading, farming, civil service, and various artisan crafts, which significantly contribute to the local economy. The village is known for its fertile and expansive farmlands located in:

Aweleng, Usung Urua Ekpo, Esua Ition, Ikot Alōlō and Ikot Usung Iták

These farming sites support the cultivation of a variety of crops and play a key role in food production and local trade.
