Brent Christiaens (previously Dedecker) is a British entrepreneur and venture capitalist. He is the co-founder and managing partner of Seven Capital a Brussels - based venture capital firm focused on dual-use technologies[1], including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and drone systems. And he is the co-founder of Seven Camp a start-up accelerator.

Christiaens is known for his role in promoting defense innovation and technological sovereignty in Europe, he sits on the board of 7 companies.

He is the author of "The Hidden History of Military Technology in Everyday Life" and is the co-host of the Deeper Than Tech podcast.
