Hello! I am a library worker and public history educator living in the United States. I've been on Wikipedia since 2013, but only started editing regularly in 2020–21, when for no particular reason I found myself with a lot of spare time on my hands. Most of my time here is spent improving articles related to nineteenth century U.S. political history and the antislavery movement. I try to do my part to ensure articles on these topics are substantive, current, rigorously sourced, and reflect our best understanding of the subject matter. I take a broad interest in correcting references to party names and electoral systems to accurately reflect contemporary understandings of past elections.

Since 2024, I've been embarked on a long project that started as an attempt to disambiguate links to Unionist Party (United States), and which quickly grew to include creating and expanding articles related to various "Union" parties throughout United States history.
