My Info
[edit]My name is Alexander Jackl.
I am a Data Scientist, Technology Strategist, and Architect. I am the CEO and Founder of Bardic Systems, Inc. I am also an Executive Consultant on Data Management, Governance, Data Standards, Large-Scale Data Architecture, and managing Organizational Change.
As of February 01, 2023, I began work as the Chief Technology Officer for Landmark Worldwide and am enjoying this new role!
I am the Chair of the Technical Board of the Schools Interoperability Framework Association- SIF, now known as the Access For Learning Community, or A4L. A4L is the national k12 data standards organization for data interoperability. I am also the project lead on the Teaching and Learning Project Team. I am also the co-lead on the PESC Academic Credentialing Task Force, a Board member of PESC, and was a co-chair of the IEEE Shareable Competency Definition WorkGroup.
I have been a consultant on the National Education Data Model(NEDM), Common Education Data Standards(CEDS) and the Assessment Interoperability Framework (AIF).
I have a deep commitment to education in the world and always looking for opportunities to support and cause that!
I also, on a fun note, won the 2015 AND 2016 New England Regional Iron GM tournament at Total Con, New England's largest gaming convention and placed well at the World Championships at GenCon 2015 and 2016! I also lead master classes on game mastering.
Most important of all, I am a father of three (boy, 26; girl, 22; boy, 21), husband to one, brother to two, and friend to many!
