Union High School is a public high school in Union, Missouri that is part of the Union R-XI School District, which is MSIP-accredited and in 2001-02 and in 2009-10 was awarded Distinction in Performance by the Missouri Department of Education.[3]

FFA

Aside from regular course offerings, students have the opportunity to participate in Future Farmers of America or FFA. The Union FFA Chapter was honored in 2002 as one of the top 10 FFA Chapters in the United States.[3]

Marching Band

The Union Marching Band, otherwise known as "The Red & Black Brigade," is directed by Doug Rice with assistant directors Johnathan Daniels and Lindsey Riley.[4]

Theater Department

The Union High School Theater department is headed by Sarah Bucheit. The department has done several well-known musicals such as Matilda the Musical, Little Shop of Horrors (musical), and Shrek the Musical. [[1]]
