Trần Văn Nên (born 6 August 1927) is a former Vietnamese cyclist representing South Vietnam at international tournaments.
He won the bronze medal at the 1965 SEAP Games in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in the 100km road team time trial.[1]
He competed in the individual road race, individual pursuit, 1000m time trial and team time trial events at the 1964 Summer Olympics.[2]
