Torysa is a village and municipality in Sabinov District in the Prešov Region of north-eastern Slovakia.
History
[edit]In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1265. During the 18th century, the village had a local Catholic Bishop.
Geography
[edit]The municipality lies at an altitude of 449 metres and covers an area of 10.566 km2. It has a population of about 1470 people.
