The Municipal Council of Tirana (Albanian: Këshilli Bashkiak i Tiranës) is the legislative body of Tirana, Albania.^[1] The members of the council elect the Chairman of the Council. It consists of 61 members who serve a 4-year term.

As result of the 2019–2021 Albanian political crisis where opposition boycotted the local elections, Socialist Party won 56 out of 61 seats.^[2] In 2023 elections, Berisha's faction of PD merged with PL, PBDNJ and PDK to form Together We Win coalition.
