The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry is a musical with music and lyrics by Passenger and a book by Rachel Joyce based on her 2012 novel of the same name.

The musical was announced as part of the Chichester Festival Theatre 2025 season to have its world premiere at the Minerva Theatre, Chichester on 5 May, running until 14 June 2025. The production is directed by Katy Rudd, designed by Samuel Wyer and choreographed by Tom Jackson Greaves. The cast includes Mark Addy as Harold Fry and Jenna Russell as Maureen Fry.[1][2] Full casting was announced on 14 March 2025.[3]

On the announcement of the musical, Passenger released a music video performing a song from the musical "Keep On Walking Mr Fry"[4]
