@Another Believer: I wanted to show that the statues in the US Capitol were a subject slightly apart from the other statues in the list, because they're indoors. For that reason I didn't want a National Statuary Hall Collection subsection of the "[public] portrait sculpture" section. I can see, though, that having a "see also" section in a navbox possibly isn't best practice. So I've moved the three NSHC links to the below bar, where the two existing links (Artworks commemorating African Americans and Outdoor sculpture) also cover subjects partly outside a strict definition of "public art".
