Dating

Please make two consistency updates to this template:
- Replace the 'brush' icon with the 'puzzle piece' icon by adding the line '| image = [[File:Wiki letter w.svg|40px]]' below the type parameter
- Reduce the bolding of the writing to not encompass the word 'article', i.e. just be 'needs a plot summary'
The first change is because this template represents an add-and-expand situation, consistent with others using the icon such as {{lead missing}} and {{missing information}}. The second is because the word article is never bolded on cleanup templates, see {{cleanup reorganize}} and {{promotional}} for a few of many examples.
