Incorrect Link to Ohio City Mayor Benjamin Sheldon

Are we sure that the Benjamin Sheldon linked here is the correct Benjamin Sheldon? The page linked is to a jurist in Illinois with no mention of being the mayor of Ohio City. Not much has been collected about him, but from what cursory articles I've found (The Plain Dealer), they always refer to him as Dr. Benjamin Sheldon. What do you all think?
