The contents of Template:Major roads in Singapore was merged into Template_talk:Expressways of Singapore on August 2018. The former page's history now serves to provide attribution for that content in the latter page, and it must not be deleted as long as the latter page exists. Cleaning up major roads list

I started cleaning up the the major roads list to comment out the road names which are now redlinked, which was a result of a recent copyvio/PROD cleanup that resulted in lots of articles getting deleted. There were a ton of redlinks that made it really unsightly, so I chose to comment them out since another editor did that previously (another alternative was to unlink them).

Additionally, I also added several roads that were not linked previously. My definition for what constitutes a major road comes from this URA dataset: https://beta.data.gov.sg/collections/1590/view. I have a Python script to parse and convert the GeoJSON into something more usable, it's posted on Google Sheets here.
