Modified indep_city or municipality field

Hi, I'm looking to develop something to allow city or towns to take up two columns as in Alberta they're independent of the neighbouring rural municipality. Basically I'm looking to something where |indep_city= would yield only the city/town name (no "City of " precursor) so other municipalities could be used regardless of their city status. {{ONint}} has the desired outcome with its |municipality= field.

I'm hesitant to introduce |municipality=, as to not confuse it with Municipal Districts (MDs) which currently would go in |county= or |county_special=.
