Template:User country/doc

This template is for a Country Userbox and adds a userbox to your user page.

Usage

Place {{User country}} anywhere on your user page where you want the userbox to appear.

This template is based on {{Userbox}}.

After placing the template, add a vertical bar (|) followed by your country name. For example, if your country is Mexico, you would write {{User country|Mexico}}.

Parameters

If you want your country's name to have "the" before it, add the=true. This will add a "the" in front of your country's name, adding more grammatical clarity. If this variable is not invoked, "the" will not appear.

Your country must have a link and a flag icon, or the template may not work.

The code works by changing the variable ({{{1}}}) inside the template to automatically insert your country's name into a link and display a flag icon.
