Pandora (2002 novel)
- ... that Britart and the Turner Prize are both lampooned in the Jilly Cooper romance novel Pandora? Source: "The backdrop for Pandora is the contemporary art scene, a setting which allows Cooper to take some rather successful swipes at the Saatchi-fuelled excesses of Britart. The superbrat Sienna, for example - all piercings, pouty lips and ripped denim - manages to get Turner Prize-shortlisted for her work 'Tampax Tower', an edifice 'built of used tampons sent her by women of substance'." https://www.theguardian.com/books/2002/may/05/fiction.features2

New enough and long enough. QPQ present. No textual issues but one hook issue: I'd suggest changing "bonkbuster" to "romance novel" because I'd ask for a link to bonkbuster, in the middle of two other links. Is this an acceptable change, Lajmmoore? Sammi Brie (she/her · t · c) 00:21, 12 May 2025 (UTC)
