@GenuineArt: this article is essentially a stub and so fails WP:DYKCOMPLETE. Also, as pointed out above by P199, the hook is inappropriate for DYK as it doesn't link back to the article (see WP:DYKMOS) and is more focused on Fahd than on the general phenomenon of gambling in Saudi Arabia (see WP:DYKHOOK).
